This is primarily an in-person conference, and all delegates - including presenters and workshop leaders - must register and pay the applicable conference fee. Complimentary tickets are not available.
Virtual Tickets are available for delegates presenting online, with dedicated virtual sessions held on Tuesday or Wednesday morning. As the conference is not hybrid, these sessions will not include in-person participants or provide access to workshops, keynotes or other on-site activities. Virtual papers will be included in the proceedings and considered for journal publication on the same basis as all other submissions.

Available for delegates who prefer to present online instead of attending in person. Virtual presenters will be scheduled in dedicated online sessions (Tuesday or Wednesday only) alongside other virtual presenters.
All payments are processed in Euros. Prices shown in Japanese Yen are for reference only and may vary according to the exchange rate.
In-Person Ticket includes: Full conference entry, a delegate badge, access to the Eventsential event platform and Pocketalk AI translation platform, conference proceedings, and complimentary ISPIM membership with no ongoing obligation. It also includes two evening social events on Monday and Tuesday, three lunches, and refreshments during scheduled breaks. Food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the evening social events. The evening social events are not included with daytime-only tickets for Japan-based delegates.
Virtual Presenter Only Ticket includes: Access via Eventsential to your scheduled virtual presentation session, the event platform and conference proceedings, plus complimentary ISPIM membership with no ongoing obligation.
