This conference is in-person only. Our policy is that everyone pays to attend, including presenters and workshop leaders. There are no free tickets.
Virtual Tickets are available for delegates who wish to present online instead of attending in person in Sendai. Virtual presenters will be scheduled in dedicated online sessions (Tuesday or Wednesday mornings only) alongside other virtual presenters. These sessions will not include in-person presenters or audiences, as the conference does not does not support hybrid formats. Papers submitted by virtual presenters will be included in the conference proceedings and considered for journal publication on the same basis as all other conference papers. Virtual presenters will not have access to workshops, keynotes, or other in-person sessions.

All payments must be made in Euros. Japanese Yen prices are for reference only.
In-Person Ticket includes: conference entry, delegate badge, access to the Eventsential event platform and the Wordly AI translation platform, conference proceedings, and complimentary ISPIM membership (free and without obligation). It also covers two conference dinners (Monday & Tuesday — except for Japan-based daytime-only delegates), three lunches (except for Monday-only delegates), and refreshments throughout the event. Social events include food as well as both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
