The venue for ISPIM Connects Yokohama is the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall (1-chōme-6 Honchō, Naka Ward, Yokohama 231-0005).
The Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall, known as “Jack’s Tower,” is a prominent neo-Renaissance building in Naka Ward, built in 1917 through public donations to commemorate Yokohama Port's 50th anniversary. Featuring a distinctive 36-meter clock tower and intricate stained glass, it survived the 1923 Great Kantō Earthquake, was restored in 1927, and remains an Important Cultural Property.
